I'd like to continue my focus on Pentaho and Drupal. I'd also like to continue looking for ways to build capabilities of Cognitive Metaphors by utilizing U.S. and Filipino resources as interns or value added collaborators.

Some ideas to "get there from here" learned from my current projects -

1. I can use internationalization to translate all my content to Tagalog. This will help attract people who can do the work but would are more comfortable writing in tagalog.

2. I can use Organic groups to create well define action plans for a number of initiatives - i.e. Drupal, Pentaho, Drupal/Pentaho integration.

3. Continue to add to the discussion on the Drupal group.

For now, I have some paying projects so I am focusing on those first. I'll need to be as resourceful as I can be though to get these things done.

My ultimate goal is to build a sustainable, scalable (people and computational) model for growing and translating Cognitive Metaphors' capabilities to build a number of both commercial (we have to be able to eat) and social (we must do good whether or not there's money involved) solutions.

I'm excited about the possibilities that keep revealing themselves as we keep trying to do good work.
