Summary

In July 2009, I became Chief Operating Officer of 3TouchPoints.Com, my friend Sushant's company. Sushant is liviing in Pennsylvania now but will be moving back to India before March 2010. Sushant has thought a lot about the business. We are talking about ways to grow it. Sushant and I have met with our old boss Matt Comstock and had a good session bouncing ideas on Nov 7,2009. Reference Implementation

• A Drupal implementation similar to my Six Sigma training at Villanova.Com for teaching web analytics.
• A web analytics infrastructure
  • Amazon Web Services for a scalable infrastructure
  • Pentaho for reporting and data extraction
  • Google Analytics for feeding clickstream analysis to our model
  • Drupal for blogging about what we do.
  • Drupal for building reference implementations like:
    • A reference e-commerce store
    • A reference pharmaceuticals brand website

Building Up Using Small Projects

• I will plan to build up my set up of  Amazon Web Services knowledge through the implementation of CheckMyReelOut.Com.
• I will experiment with reading the Google Analytics data from my existing sites and ConshohockenCatholic.
• I will continue to build out an outline for how I could take on interns to help me do my work. I will gear my website, CognitiveMetaphors, as a recruiting tool to train potential 'Padawans' to help out with building the plumbing that 3TouchPoints will lean on. Interns will include Filipinos, Americans, and any Indians who I can attract. Initially, I will use personal funds but will need to find other sources in order to scale the efforts up.
• I will start utilizing my Six Sigma training as a formal way to document all of these reference implementations.
