After a road trip to see my parents in Florida, I thought of my next entry. I wanted to outline a few pieces of a plan to raise (as in farm) talent that:
1. Can use their imagination and knowledge to Design and Program
2. Can Document their works and pass it off to others
3. Have enough business acumen to start their own consulting firms / software companies if there were to be a downturn in the economy or if they were otherwise not fully utilizing their capabilities.

Dojo style training -
I imagine as in old days a themed bulletin board , in this case a portal where I portend to be a master teaching less experienced apprentices.
I would guide them through battle training with projects that had complex enough requirements.
They in turn would learn to pass on pieces of the work to those less experienced then themselves.
The business model would be that somehow, I would be able to harvest their works or collect some sort of fee for their training. I might help them get placed with a recruiter and than take a cut of their hourly earnings paid for by the recuiting firms. Have no clue how I would make money but the compensation should be commensurate with the opportunity I was giving them to learn and make a life for themselves.
